Ikigai Agile Leadership Series
Our agile leadership series, focuses on helping leaders create a shift in their mindset, from a fixed way of thinking to an agile way of of being. Each of the programs in this series focuses on helping leaders build their leadership behavioural competencies that will enable them to gain mastery over their leadership skills and team communication.
The programs are designed to provide practical strategics and actions that leaders can implement immediately into their workspace and create a sustain performance habit. We contextualise the learnings with a cultural lens to help learners understand how to apply the learnings into their respective regions. The learning environment promotes andragogical conversations of co-creation, awareness and deep insights.
Ikigai Leadership Coaching Series
Our Ikigai leadership coaching series, focuses on helping leaders build their conversational mastery skillsets. Coaching isn’t telling others what to do, rather it is about partnering another person through a thought-provoking and creative conversational process, to inspire change and maximise potential.
The coaching development series focuses on equipping leaders with coaching skillsets required across the various levels of leadership. It begins first with embodying the coaching mindset which complements how leaders ought to be agile. Gaining that inner clarity and alignment is key for progress and higher levels of performance.
