Leading with Agility
Course Overview
Ikigai Kokoro - Leading with Agility (LEA) is an immersive learning program aim to equip leaders with agile mindset for them to lead and have better conversations with their stakeholders. LEA is part of Level 1 Ikigai Agile Leadership (IAL) series, which comprise of 4 key phases of learning to be recognised as an Agile Leadership Practitioner.
The immersive learning from LEA will provide you with knowledge and practical skillsets to grow your leadership agility. The international certification focuses on key fundamentals of agile from leader to the team and to the organisation perspectives.
Regardless of which level of leadership you are currently at, LEA will transform the way you lead, your personal agility, relational agility, emotional agility, cognitive agility and to truly lead change and transformation in your organisation.
Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be awarded Certified Leadership Professional with Agility (LEA). The participants would be able to proceed with the next level of learning to become an Agile Leadership Practitioner.

Learning with Agility (LEA) certification program blends both synchronous and asynchronous learnings, which includes hands-on practical activities where learners will apply what they learnt into real-world practice. Participants are encouraged to fully immerse themselves into the learning process by activity participating and being involved in the process.
